• Name and email address — when you subscribe to The Ground newsletter or submit a contact form.
• Name, email, and message — when you send an enquiry through our website contact form.
• Booking details — name, email, and any information you share when booking a discovery call or registering for a program through Wix Bookings.
• Intake responses — if you complete an optional intake form before joining The Return Circle or Root Work, your responses are stored securely and used only by Janne to prepare for the group.
• Payment information — processed securely by Wix Payments. Root & Return does not store your card details.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
• Website analytics — Wix Analytics collects anonymised data about how visitors use the site, including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country or city level). This data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running Root & Return.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

• Newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe. Removed within 14 days of unsubscribing.
• Contact form submissions — retained for up to 2 years.
• Booking and registration records — retained for 7 years in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
• Intake form responses — retained for the duration of the program plus 12 months, then permanently deleted.
• Analytics data — anonymised and aggregated. No personal information is retained.

Root & Return uses Wix as its website and booking platform. Wix employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data centres, and ISO 27001 certification. Payments are processed by Wix Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant.
We will never ask for your password, credit card details, or sensitive personal information via email.
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
